Worth every penny

Hiring Mak was the smartest move we made as new parents. Mak and her team took amazing care of our sweet baby 3 to 4 nights a week. Thanks to their help and a good night’s sleep, I’m a better mom, wife, and worker. Best money I’ve spent in a long time and worth every penny. My baby sleeps about 10-12 hours a night now with minimal bedtime routine. Thanks Mak!

How long do you stay on assignment?

Ultimately, this depends on your goals. Some families want a couple weeks of support and some want overnight care until their baby is sleeping through the night. Your situation is unique, and for that reason I typically work on a week to week basis. A typical assignment lasts  approximately  8 - 12 weeks.

How many days a week do you provide care?

We are totally flexible! We have provided care anywhere from 1 to 7 days per week. We believe every family’s situation is different and we try to accommodate you as best as possible

How are you different from a night nanny?

With my expertise, I have the ability to not only care for your newborn at night but also teach you everything you need to know to feel confident caring for your baby once I leave. Always bittersweet.

Is this sleep training?

No, contrary to popular belief, it is not possible to sleep train a newborn. The idea is to set up a healthy sleep foundation with age appropriate schedules, create a healthy routine, and learn to read babies' cues. If you’re consistent with this, most babies will sleep through the night early on. On average, around 10 weeks of age.
